About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow on hills in the Ronca area, where the soils are predominantly volcanic.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand in late September. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 20 days.

Ageing

The wine rests for five months in stainless-steel tanks.
