About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 270–350 m above sea level, and the vines are 25 years old on average.
Grapes
The blend includes a small proportion of Colorino.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment for 20 days in open, truncated-cone stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in cement vats and oak barrels.
