About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards, where the vines grow on limestone and sandy soils and average 55–60 years of age.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is settled. Natural fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for about 15 days. A second fermentation follows in bottle using the ancestral method. The wine is not disgorged and may therefore contain a small amount of sediment.
