About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grapes come from the producer’s vineyards, which have limestone and sandy soils. The vines are 55–60 years old on average.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is allowed to settle. Natural fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for around 15 days. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle using the ancestral method. It is not disgorged and may therefore contain a small amount of sediment.
