Vinification
The Corvina grapes are partially dried until they lose up to 30% of their weight, which concentrates their sugars and aromatic compounds. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and brightness of its fruit character.
Tasting profile
Rich, elegant and generous. The nose is led by ripe cherry, with subtle hints of chocolate and spice. On the palate, juicy fruit is balanced by lively acidity and soft tannins.
