Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Veneto region.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must undergoes cryomaceration with dry ice, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for several months.
