About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown biodynamically in Friuli-Venezia Giulia at an altitude of 130 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, generally no earlier than October. The wine macerates on the skins for 20 days and ferments with natural yeasts in open vats. It is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for nine years in large, old oak barrels.

Powerful and rich, with a deep, complex aroma.
