The fruit comes from Degli Olmi’s vineyards in the Trevenezie region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Serve as an aperitif or with traditional Italian pasta, pizza, white fish, poultry or seafood.
