About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, and the must ferments in steel tanks for 14 days at 20 °C. Malolactic fermentation follows. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Fresh and bright, with pure fruit and floral notes, a rounded palate and soft, lively bubbles.
