Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in clay soils with traces of basalt.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine is made using the Charmat method, although the source also states that secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.

Delicate, light and refreshing.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, fish, shellfish dishes or dessert.
