Grapes
Raboso accounts for at least 85% of the blend, supplemented by other varieties.
Vinification
The wine is made using the Charmat method. The grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments for about two weeks in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.
Tasting profile
Delicate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and especially well matched with fish dishes.
