About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on the island of Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C for 14 days. The wine is then clarified with bentonite and filtered once.
