About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on clay soils with traces of basalt.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 14 days at 20 °C. Secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Bright fruit aromas lead to an easy-drinking, well-balanced palate.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light vegetable or fish appetisers, fresh seafood, salads, bruschetta and soft cheeses.
