About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation lasts 14 days at 20 °C in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in sealed tanks following the Charmat method, and the wine is then bottled under pressure.
