About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. Brief skin contact gives the must its delicate pink colour. Fermentation lasts 14 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 20 °C. A second fermentation takes place in sealed tanks using the Charmat method, followed by bottling under pressure.
