About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the fruit is carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 14 days at 20 °C. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in sealed tanks using the Charmat method, then is bottled under pressure.
