Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Apulia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carefully transported to the winery, thoroughly sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by filtration.

Fresh, with rich flavour and a concentrated aroma.
