The fruit is grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are sorted and gently pressed, then fermented for two weeks in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 °C using traditional methods. The wine is filtered before bottling for clarity and freshness.
Serving and pairing
Pair with seafood, white fish, pasta, risotto, vegetable appetizers or young cheeses.
