About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on clay soils in Tuscany at 300–350 m above sea level. The vines are 20 years old on average.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26–28 °C, with 28 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in oak barrels and bottles.
