About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow at 350–600 metres above sea level in south- and southwest-facing vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. They remain in contact with their skins for several months and ferment with natural yeasts in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
Ageing
The wine rests in the same stainless-steel tanks used for fermentation.
Tasting profile
Complex, with an intense, spicy aroma and a lively palate marked by excellent freshness.
Serving and pairing
Decant for half an hour before serving.
