About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Tuscany on vines averaging 10 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the very beginning of October. They undergo temperature-controlled maceration for 10–12 days at 28 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel vats for eight months.
