About this wine
Grapes
The grapes were selected before vinification.
Vinification
The fruit was harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. After destemming, it underwent a 21-day maceration at 28 °C, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matured for 18 months in 5 and 20 hl oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle.
