About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards have a warm Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soils.
Grapes
A small proportion of Sauvignon Blanc complements the Vermentino in the blend.
Vinification
Sixty per cent of the harvest is pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 16 °C for 15 days. The remaining 40% ferments on the skins for 15 days.
Ageing
The skin-fermented portion rests for two months. After blending, the wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for five months.
Tasting profile
Fresh and softly textured, with bright acidity and a well-structured, lingering palate.
