About this wine
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 26–28 °C for 15 days, using naturally occurring yeasts from the grape skins. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barriques for 12 months, followed by six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The 2021 vintage is juicy and full-bodied, with a smooth, enveloping texture, pronounced flavour and a polished, balanced finish.
