Vineyard and terroir
The wine is produced according to biodynamic principles.
Vinification
The four varieties are harvested at different levels of ripeness, then pressed and vinified together. They remain together throughout the process, with the wine’s character arising from their combination and contrasts rather than from a single variety.

A straightforward young red.
Label / history
Camillo Donati makes the wine as his grandparents did. In Emilia, they often mixed all the grape varieties they grew.
