About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Aglianico fruit is grown in the Taurasi area of Campania and harvested by hand during the first ten days of November.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and macerated for 15 days at a controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barriques.
