About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Magnetic comes from the oldest parcel of Vigna del Bruciato, the historic estate vineyard on Via Bolgherese. The vines are trained to spur-pruned cordon and yield approximately 1,000 g per plant. The Cabernet Franc is harvested by hand in late September.
Grapes
100% Cabernet Franc.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified in small vessels. Fermentation is conducted by the yeasts naturally present on the fruit, followed by 18 days of skin contact.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in a cocciopesto amphora. This vessel preserves the fruit while integrating it with the wine's Mediterranean scrub character.

Alcohol: 14.5% vol.
Tasting profile
Ruby red shading toward garnet. The bouquet combines spices, citrus, woodland nuances and Mediterranean scrub. The palate is fresh, with savoury, refined tannins and a persistent finish. Fruit and Mediterranean herbal notes are closely integrated.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14–16°C. Pair with traditional dishes, cheeses, cured meats and meat-based preparations.
Label / history
First produced in 2019, Magnetic is conceived as a modern interpretation of wine history, expressing the varietal character and purity of Cabernet Franc through maturation in cocciopesto.
