The Negroamaro fruit is grown in Salento, a wine-producing area in Puglia, southern Italy. The area has a hot, dry climate and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and carefully sorted before controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
