About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

Pure Cabernet Franc from Riparbella, produced through parcel-by-parcel selection and care from the vineyard through barrel maturation. The vines are 25 years old and trained as alberello.

Grapes

100% Cabernet Franc.

Vinification

Fermentation takes place in conical oak tanks. Skin maceration lasts more than 30 days.

Ageing

The wine matures for 24 months in first-use French oak barriques, followed by at least 12 months in bottle.

Technical data

Costa Toscana IGP. Alcohol: 14.5%. Production is limited, with individually numbered bottles.

Tasting profile

Mediterranean-scrub aromas frame a bold yet harmonious expression. Power and refinement remain balanced, supported by a dense, distinguished tannic structure; the overall character is intimate and nuanced.

Label / history

Created for Duemani’s twentieth anniversary, Vènti pays tribute to the winds that shape the estate’s ecosystem and carry the scents and flavours of the Mediterranean.
