Tasting profile
Brilliant antique-rose in colour. Aromas of strawberry and cherry mingle with delicate spice, flowers and blueberries, followed by a distinctive tomato-leaf accent that heightens the sense of freshness. The palate is caressing and harmonious, with polished fruit and a gentle, fine and elegant progression.

Sì is conceived as a delicate, luminous “red dressed in pink,” translating Syrah into a rosé expression.
