About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Trentino, with yields kept below 90 hl/ha. The vines are partially thinned before harvest.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into crates and carefully sorted to remove damaged or unripe berries. Continuing a longstanding local rosé-making tradition for Teroldego, whole bunches are gently pressed in a pneumatic press before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Bright, juicy and refreshing, with aromatic richness.
