Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Sicily in vineyards managed according to sustainable farming practices.
Vinification
The fruit is harvested when ripeness and acidity are in balance. The wine is vinified by a traditional white-wine method and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks to retain freshness and a bright varietal character.
