About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Valle del Belice at an altitude of 300 m. The vineyards face northeast and have deep alluvial soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo approximately eight hours of cryomaceration to extract colour from the skins. Fermentation takes place at 10–12 °C for 13–15 days, preserving the fruit’s flavour and natural aromatic profile.
