About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Valle del Belice at an altitude of 300 m. The vineyards have a northeastern exposure and deep alluvial soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo approximately eight hours of cryomaceration to extract colour from the skins. Fermentation lasts 13–15 days at 10–12 °C, helping preserve Zibibbo’s flavour and natural aromatic character.
