About this wine
Vinification
The finished red and white wines produced by Fabio Ferracane in a given year are blended after each has been vinified separately by its own method. The composition therefore changes annually.
Ageing
After blending, the wines rest together for six months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The wine’s profile varies from year to year, with a fuller body in some years and a lighter one in others.
Label / history
The name “Camaleonte” reflects the wine’s changing annual blend.
