About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Falanghina grapes grow in volcanic soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of September and placed in 20 kg crates. At the winery, they are sorted, crushed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless steel tanks without exposure to oxygen, followed by three months of bottle ageing in the winery's cellars.
