About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in volcanic soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the second ten days of October and placed in 20 kg crates. At the winery, they are sorted, crushed and gently pressed. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless steel, followed by four months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
