History

Farro was founded in 1926 in the municipality of Bacoli as a family-run winery.

In 1997, Michele Farro began a programme to revive and improve the traditional Campi Flegrei DOC wines made from Piedirosso and Falanghina.

The winery is equipped with modern technology, and every stage of production is carefully overseen by the Farro family. Today, Farro wines are sold in many European countries, where their quality is appreciated by a wide range of wine drinkers.
