About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows in Western Sicily at 400–450 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by cold skin maceration, gentle pressing and fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for four months.

Elegant, refined and well balanced.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with fish delicacies, shellfish and other fish dishes.
