About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in western Sicily at 400–450 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested fairly early and placed in small crates. After destemming, they undergo cold skin maceration at 4 °C. The must is gently pressed, then fermented very slowly at 12–14 °C under carefully controlled pressure.

Delicate and fresh.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood starters, pasta, fish, white meat, shellfish and other seafood.
