About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Fina estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at the end of August, followed by brief skin contact in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months in the winery’s cellars before release.

Suitable as an aperitif and with oysters, shellfish, fish served with sauce, cold appetisers, salads and cheeses.
