About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Fina’s own vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late August and undergo a short skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months in the winery’s cellars before release.

Suitable as an aperitif and with oysters, shellfish, fish served with sauce, cold appetizers, salads and cheeses.
