The grapes are grown in western Sicily at 500 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in August. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains for an unspecified period in stainless-steel tanks, then matures in bottle for a further six months.

Rich and full-flavoured, with a distinctive character and a notably fragrant aroma.
