About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Fina’s estate vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late August and undergo a short skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for three months in the winery’s cellars before release.

Suitable as an aperitif and with oysters, shellfish, fish in sauce, cold appetisers, salads and cheeses.
