Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Alcamo area, in vineyards planted at an average density of 4,500–5,000 vines per hectare.
Vinification
Harvest begins in mid-September. Fermentation lasts 20–25 days at 16–18 °C.
Label / history
Annual production is 120,000 bottles.
