About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in northwestern Sicily, in the province of Trapani near Alcamo. The vines grow at 350–400 m above sea level on medium-density clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 20–25 days at 16–18 °C.
