About this wine
Grapes
A blend of Tocai Friulano with a small proportion of other white varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night or at dawn, when cooler temperatures help preserve their natural aromas. After cold maceration, they are gently pressed, and the must is fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for approximately three months before bottling.
Label / history
Tenuta Sant'Anna was founded in the early 1960s in the Loncon area of Annone Veneto, in the heart of Lison Pramaggiore. The estate developed an approach in which each grape variety was vinified separately so that its individual qualities could contribute to the finished wine.
