About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in vineyards in Veneto, on clay soils with a high proportion of stones.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation with selected yeast takes place in autoclaves for around 40 days.
Label / history
The V8+ range uses a bright, original design. The number eight represents infinity, the universe and eternal youth; it also refers to the approximately eight minutes sunlight takes to reach Earth and illuminate the Otto Piu Vineyards.
