About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Veneto, in vineyards with clay soils containing a high proportion of stones.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation with selected yeasts in autoclaves for approximately 40 days.
Label / history
The V8+ range uses a bright, original label design. The number eight represents infinity, the universe and eternal youth; it also refers to the approximately eight minutes sunlight takes to reach Earth and illuminate the Otto Piu Vineyards.
