About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Veneto region on clay soils with a high proportion of stones.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in autoclaves for around 40 days.
Label / history
The V8+ range features a bright, original design. The number eight represents infinity, the universe and eternal youth. It also refers to the approximately eight minutes sunlight takes to reach Earth and illuminate the Otto Piu Vineyards.
